We are looking for buildings in Oporto where we can manage more than 4 apartments, in order to improve profitability and differentiation from the competition. Our management contract is transparent an objective: we share all expenses and variable costs with the owner. We believe that the requirement standards and quality of our management are of a high level, superior to the service offered by most companies operating in this market. We focus on obtaining high ratings and differentiating the apartments, in an effort to place them at the top of the touristic offer in Oporto, in order to be able to charge higher prices, which allow a better return on investment for the owners.
